What you will do
- Manage production incidents on large enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
- Maintain and manage Unix/Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Design and implement self-healing, fault-tolerant systems to prevent failures before they happen.
- Define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, ensuring proactive performance monitoring and incident resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in a relevant IT role.
- Proven expertise with leading monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic Stack (ELK), Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Strong administrative skills in Linux operating systems, Docker, K8s.
- Be familiar with one of the cloud prividers ( AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience working in an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environment, leveraging tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- A genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.
- A strong drive to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technical landscapes.
